Academy Kitchen

Academy Kitchen prepares breakfast, lunch, snacks and drinks for dual enrollment high school students in the UNM-Gallup Gurley Hall Cafeteria.  

UNM-Gallup students and employees can purchase the daily school meal for $5. The meal includes an entrée, access to the salad bar, and a drink.   

Academy Kitchen also offers their Fork & Spoon menu with specialty items, such as breakfast burritos, avocado chicken power bowls, BBQ pulled pork sandwiches, and more. View the Fork & Spoon menu here.  

Academy Kitchen hours are 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. Academy Kitchen is now accepting all payments via Square, including cash, debit/credit card, and other digital payments.  

Academy Kitchen is operated by Southwest Food Excellence in partnership with Gallup-McKinley County Schools.  

UNM-Gallup Bookstore

The UNM-Gallup Bookstore now offers a variety of snacks and food items, including Hot Pockets, El Monterey burritos, Pillsbury Mini Cinnis, Hormel Compleats, breakfast sandwiches, noodles, cereal, fruit cups and more. The Bookstore offers access to a microwave to heat up your meal, too.  

The Bookstore also offers coffee, cappuccinos and a variety of other drinks, including a new selection of Poppi soda flavors.

Weekly Food Trucks

UNM-Gallup partners with local food trucks to provide additional food options on campus. Like and/or follow their socials to stay up to date on their daily availability.
